Over the past 20 years I have developed a research program focused on the prediction and prevention of various fetal and maternal complications including preeclampsia and fetal growth restriction, fetal aneuploidies, and preterm birth. A common aspect of the approach I am investigating is the development and validation of prenatal screening tests combining markers of different nature (clinical, biophysical and biochemical). I am also involved in the evaluation of fetal therapies, particularly fetoscopic placental laser treatment for twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome.
