    Career Summary

    Luc Duong, PhD, has been a professor in the Department of Software and IT Engineering, École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) since May 2009. He is also a member of the Research Group in Biomedical Sciences and Technologies (GRSTB). At the ÉTS, Dr. Duong runs the Interventional Imaging Lab in collaboration with the Cardiology and Medical Imaging Departments of the Sainte-Justine UHC, mainly to provide navigation guidance for percutaneous interventions. His research interests focus on medical image analysis in 2D, 3D and 3D+t, computer vision, pattern recognition and image understanding.
