We are currently looking for children aged between 10 and 16 years to take part in an electrophysiology (EEG) study on hearing and sight.
The goal of the study is to look at how children integrate sound and light stimuli.
The test lasts about 60 minutes. It is non-invasive and is not harmful to the child’s physical or mental health. Participants will receive a compensation of 30$ for participating in the study.
Eligibility criteria
- Between 10 and 16 years of age
- Maternal and perinatal history free of any particular events
- Full-term birth
- Birth weight of more than 2.5 kg (5.51 lbs)
- Right-handed
Non-eligibility criteria
- Intrauterine growth delay (IUGD)
- Congenital, neurological or chromosomal anomalies
- Serious infectious diseases during gestation (AIDS, toxoplasmosis, rubella, genital herpes, tuberculosis, etc.)
- Hearing or visual disorders
