Submitting an application

Applicants can prepare their application file in French or English. The file must contain the following elements:

  1. a duly completed application form that indicates the applicant’s three studentship choices in order of preference;
  2. a cover letter that describes the applicant’s career plan, interest in biomedical research and interest in pursuing graduate studies as well as the reasons (a maximum of one page per internship) behind the applicant’s choice of the three internships;
  3. a detailed curriculum vitae of the applicant’s previous research experience and honors received, if applicable;
  4. the applicant’s most recent university transcripts (with the names of the university courses completed to date as well as the grades obtained).

Upload the application file

Complete applicant files must be submitted by email as a SINGLE PDF FILE with the following title:

NAME_First Name_Summer internship 2016

E.g. : SMITH_John_Summer intership 2016
