Student Association

The Graduate and Postgraduate Student Association of the Sainte-Justine University Hospital Research Center

The Student Association is made up of peers, that is to say master's and PhD students who are part of the Sainte-Justine University Hospital Research Center.

Its main purposes are to:

• Serve as student representatives when dealing with the Research Center’s Administration.
• Listen attentively to student concerns via student representatives, present in all Research Center departments, who are focused on student needs and who direct students to the proper resources should a problem arise.
• Organize the Annual Student Conference.
• Organize recreational activities that allow students to connect with their colleagues and discuss different topics of importance to them.

Board of Directors

Members are elected democratically by the student population. The members are responsible for preparing and announcing the various activities planned by the local Association and the other Student Associations organized around the FAÉCUM (University of Montreal Campus Student Associations Federation).

The Association’s executive committee is made up of the following positions, each of which has a one-year mandate:

• Vice-president of communications
• Vice-president of academic affairs
• Vice-president of sports and social activities
• Vice-president of the student congress
