Oral presentations
- Each presentation will last 10 minutes, followed by a 5-minute question period;
- One student per laboratory can submit an abstract for oral presentation. The research director has to determine which of his students will apply this year;
- Students who have presented an oral presentation at last year's Research Meeting are not eligible for an oral presentation this year;
- Only MSc and PhD students, postdoctoral fellows and clinical research fellows registered at the CHU Sainte-Justine Research Center can give an oral presentation. Interns, laboratory staff, and clinical research nurses are invited to submit an abstract for a poster presentation (Flash presentation);
- A selection panel will be formed to evaluate the abstracts received. The top abstracts in each theme will be invited to give an oral presentation during the meeting.
Flash presentations (replaces poster presentations)
- Candidates must submit a 5-minute recording of their Power Point presentation:
- Question periods will take place on the day of the congress, via Zoom. More details will follow.
Evaluation of the presentations
Researchers are invited to evaluate oral presentations and flash presentations.
Postdoctoral fellows, PhD students, and research professionals are invited to evaluate flash presentations (presentations to be evaluated will be assigned according to the level of the reviewer).
Those interested in evaluating presentations should fill the appropriate section in the registration form.
It is the responsibility of the student to make sure the entire text fits in the registration form and that there are no spelling or grammatical errors.
