The Proteomics Platform is equipped with a state-of-the-art Q-TOF as well as an Orbitrap Eclipse Tribrid mass spectrometer equipped with a FAIMS module, the first-of-its-kind in Canada, enabling a cutting-edge tumor antigen discovery program for the development of new immunotherapeutic strategies against cancer.
The platform was recently funded with a Canada Foundation for Innovation grant and will be expanding toward a mass spectrometry-based multi-omics platform to foster services and collaborations across the community in the different research themes. The platform delivers high-quality results and provides expertise in planning, designing, execution and data analysis, making the omics field accessible.
