Laser-scanning confocal microscope with wide-range spectral emission detection, enabling the separation of a wide range of near-infrared fluorophores, such as Alexa Fluor 700 and 750, on an inverted, fully motorized stage with rapid z-axis movement (Leica Super Z Galvo stage). Resonant scanner (8 kHz) for fast scan times and reduced phototoxicity or bleaching. The white-light laser allows for free selection of the excitation wavelength between 440 and 790 nm, and an additional 405 nm laser for fluorophores such as DAPI. Five internal detectors (Power HyD S) and a transmitted light detector (PMT). TauSense technology enables improved contrast and efficient separation of fluorophores based on fluorescence lifetime. Equipped with SPECTRAPLEX for spatial biology, enabling high-multiplex 3D imaging with subcellular resolution in a single labeling and imaging cycle. Environmental control of temperature, CO₂, and humidity is possible via a mobile incubator (Tokai Hit). LIGHTNING super-resolution by deconvolution (also available on our SP8 confocal systems).
