27 Provincial Awards to CHU Sainte-Justine Research Center’s Postgraduate Fellows and Graduate Students
MONTRÉAL, August 22, 2016 – This year, twenty-seven students from the Université de Montréal at CHU Sainte-Justine Research Center, were awarded support by the Fonds de recherche du Québec following its 2016-2017 competitions. The awards to our three postdoctoral fellows, thirteen doctoral fellows, and eleven master’s students highlight their excellence and that of the Research Center, where they contribute to advancing mother and child health research.

The Fonds de recherche du Québec are provincial agencies that support and promote research in the Province of Quebec. The FRQS implements a government strategy with respect to human health research. The FRQNT promotes and supports research in the fields of natural sciences, mathematical sciences and engineering. The FRQSC is dedicated to the development of research and innovation with respect to humanities. To fulfill their respective missions, they provide financial support for the training of performing graduate students and postdoctoral fellows who pursue research work.
